Role Overview
This position seamlessly integrates client support and proactive sales. Each day brings a dynamic blend of responding to existing client needs while identifying and pursuing revenue opportunities. This document is subject to change by management and additional duties may be assigned as needed.


 Core Responsibilities
Service Duties
●      Efficiently manage inbound client inquiries (policy updates, billing, coverage clarifications, etc.)
●      Act as the primary owner of client issues—resolve inquiries with empathy and speed
●      Conduct and document annual policy reviews with clients
●      Maintain accurate client files and data in ECRM
●      Collaborate with colleagues to support retention and outreach efforts


Sales Duties
●      Spot and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities during every interaction
●      Produce and bind new quotes across auto, home, umbrella, life, and other personal lines
●      Engage with warm leads (web requests, referrals, past quotes) and follow up promptly
●      Educate clients on coverage gaps and propose enhanced protection
●      Keep the sales pipeline current, with well-documented activities and next steps


 Daily Workflow
●      Complete outstanding Service and Sales Tasks
●      Time Management – Allocate your time effectively for service and sales tasks.
●      Follow‑Ups – Prioritize callbacks and warm leads—close the loop on client interactions.
●      Documentation – Update all tasks, policy changes, quotes, and communications in ECRM
●      End‑of‑Day Review – Review your day’s progress and prep follow‑ups for tomorrow. Did you win the day?

  
Metrics for Success
●      Client Retention: Maintain high renewal and retention rates
●      Quote-to-Bind Conversion: Close a strong percentage of issued quotes
●      Cross‑Sell Count: Track and grow new product attachments
●      Service Speed & Accuracy: Short turnaround times and precise documentation
●      Client Feedback: Request client reviews with every interaction
●      Compliance: Navigate licensing, regulations, and agency procedures consistently
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
